In need of Diabetic testing supplies

I was told I will no longer recive my diabetic suppies from Al American Medical due to that I only test once a day not 3 times a day. I was told to call Bright Medical and was told the same as well

Someone finally answered the phone and it seems that they have gone out of business with no forwarding company taking over . Not very nice that they didn't have the courtesy of contacting their customers . I guess that is why they are no longer in business

Called to order my diabetic test strips, some time ago. ( i write the date that I open the bottle on top of the bottle) I was told it was too early to order. I have been trying, since that time, to order. Left phone messages and stayed on hold for over half hour and left info, online, to contact me. I am now out of test strips. I will be searching for a new supply company.

the company closed down. After lots of searching, I found out on December 20, 2019. Nice that they notified their customers!!!!

Would not recommend

Impossible to get through to them. They call to remind you you need supplies but are using "unavailable" phone numbers to call from and when you try to call them back no one answers. I have repeatedly called over the last 2 weeks and after making the customer listen to their elevator music for at least 15 minutes they finally let you leave a message to call back then they never call you back. It is like they have no one to answer or to handle call backs. And I called medicare and in order to change suppliers I have to go through a long drawn out process. Just another way senior citizens are not receiving the service they deserve. They deserve no stars!!!!! (and neither does medicare)

i never know if i am getting supplies from this company i ordered supplies in august 2019 and have depended on walmart strips instead why are my supplies never delivered they use to come to my door i dont get emails confirming shipment on the way so who gets the money from medicare for purchases that do not arrive i got a robotic call last month from you asking if i recieved my shipment and i said no and still no call thank god for walmart and their diabetic supplies

Back Brace was returned but the funds have been returned to Medicare .

Patient ordered a back brace from All American Medical Supply . The Company sent a small back brace and it didn't seem to fit her. The patient wanted to return and cancel the back brace order. It took almost four months to get a shipping label from this company. Also she wanted to order from a new company. But All American Medical Supply is not refunding the money back to Medicare . Patient has been without any supply for four months going on. If the company and staff are aware of this situation and keep procrastinating the return of the money for the back brace.

Contact Medicare. There is a department called “Quality Initiatives” to report this issue. Or ask for the quality improvement/assurance/mana-gement.
